Vocational counselling in the face of the new needs of mobilising support for european youth mobility

W artykule omówiono mobilność europejską młodzieży jako nowy kontekst rozwoju transnarodowego poradnictwa zawodowego. Transnacjonalizm (transnationalism) jest terminem ściśle związanym z globalizacją (Bańka, Ertlet, 2004). W definicji transnacjonalizmu kluczowe znaczenie ma prefiks trans, który jest używany na określenie tak wielu różnych zagadnień i tematów, jak specyficzny typ morfologii społecznej, typ świadomości społecznej, rodzaj reprodukcji społecznej, droga przechodzenia kapitału społecznego, miejsce zaangażowania politycznego czy rekonstrukcja „miejsca” lub lojalności (Vertovec, 1999; Giordano, 2010). Użycie prefiksu trans zawiera sugestie, iż jednostka może być ponad i poza uwarunkowaniami społeczeństwa, które usiłuje ją zamknąć w sztywnych granicach i normach, w prefigurowanych tożsamościach (pre-established identities) oraz w niezmiennych modelach zachowania.
